The Seac Basic HD 5mm Boots are a flexible sole dive boot with Poly Urethane protection on the instep. Integrated heel notch holds the fin strap in place and stops it slipping off your heel.
Who's the Basic Boot For?
Most wetsuit divers will dive with a pair of 5mm, soft-soled boots just like this because they are comfortable and practical. The soft sole moves with your foot but also protects your feet and gives you grip on wet surfaces.
5mm is the Goldilocks of neoprene thickness for most water temperatures; keeping your feet warm in colder waters but not too thick neither. Use them abroad in the tropics and at home in colder waters to keep your feet warm and protect them from rubbing.
